Mission

As a Motion Designer, you'll create video creatives that fuel AIstats' user acquisition on Meta.

You'll turn briefs from the Creative team into scroll-stopping ads, iterate fast based on performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS), and work closely with Marketing and Creative teams to keep improving campaign results.

It's a hands-on role with real impact: your creatives directly drive installs and revenue. We work AI-first — you'll use generative tools to produce more variations, faster, and to experiment with formats that weren't feasible before.

Responsibilities

<aside> 💡

• Create high-performing video ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other acquisition channels

• Turn briefs and references from the Creative team into finished videos — animation, editing, sound, final render in all required formats

• Iterate on creatives based on performance data together with the Marketing team

• Produce multiple variations of each creative for testing — different hooks, intros, and edits

• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to improve campaign performance

• Build creatives with AI-first workflows: generate footage, backgrounds, and variations with AI instead of shooting or hand-animating everything

• Maintain visual consistency and a high quality bar across all creatives </aside>

Requirements

<aside> 🫡

• Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative production — video/image generation, upscaling, voice and sound

• 3+ years of Motion Design experience

• Strong expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Figma

• Proven experience creating performance marketing creatives for web and mobile apps

• Strong understanding of animation, composition, typography, and visual storytelling

• Ability to manage priorities, deliver at a fast pace without close supervision, and communicate clearly

• Portfolio demonstrating performance-focused work — including creatives where you used AI in production </aside>
